Pieces from the mediaeval repertoire played by an exceptional ensemble with reconstructed instruments of the era. Realized in high-fidelity 3D sound mix, the recording immerses the listener in an historical ambience of early music. It features the soprano voice of Alessandra Capici and the Filharmonica Urbanite recorded in 1999 in the Ancona Dome Theatre. A highly recommended recording of mediaeval/early music produced to a very high standard.
