[Edit]It's been difficult to find a spot between the transportive qualities of progressive trance and the calming half-speed of ambient house, but Swedish-raised Atmos (Tomasz Balicki) manages to stumble across it fairly well. "Qualität im Quadrat" doesn't overpack itself with hundreds of effects, favoring the one-element-at-every-downbeat of dance minimalism over self-adoring soundboard flab, while the nu-progressive pitch of "Fill the Hat" widens the opening canvas of the album with something not far from the ease and grace of Deep Dish's first-rate mix of Sven Väth's "My Name Is Barbarella."
