The CD release of Beefeater's two Dischord albums, as with similar re-releases from the Dischord archives, offers good value for the money, including two rarer tracks from the group as bonuses. "Wars in Space" was originally a vinyl single cut that could easily fit in on Lovers, while "Blind Leads Blind," a strong number that originally appeared on a compilation with an anti-vivisection theme, features Ian Mackaye as co-vocalist with Squip.
