Details
[Edit]Billy Currie's fourth and by far best solo release. Fans and collectors of Currie will be familiar with several titles that have been discussed since 1983 ("Memories Don't Go" and "Sojourn," for example) and it is a shame it has taken so long for these great songs to reach fans. Other material is from a later date, and yet Currie has been able to assemble the songs into a flowing pattern. The styles of music vary from semi-classical to pop to dance/electronica. Hazel O'Connor makes an appearance on "Memories Don't Go," and her voice blended with Currie's wonderfully emotional and original violin playing makes for an incredible listening experience. This is a varied and interesting album to listen to, and Currie finally establishes himself as a talented and creative solo force. Fans will not be disappointed nor will anyone willing to give this a chance.
