[Edit]The experimental composer Bob Ostertag produced this record on John Zorn's Avant label with a cast of guest musicians, including Fred Frith, Trevor Dunn, Chris Brown, and Mike Patton. Those expecting a heady avant-garde experiment may be shocked to find this record to be a hilarious plunderphonic sampling attack on disco,techno, and R&B music. With Bob Ostertag's music there is always an element of the unpredictable, yet this is in fact a left-field diversion filled with surrealism and black humor.
