[Edit]Universal Blues is another successful reworking of Chicago blues from Bobby Radcliff. It's less flashy than the previous Dresses Too Short, but that's a plus — without all the pyrotechnics, Radcliff's guitar actually sounds more powerful and versatile, which makes the album quite entertaining.
