Details
[Edit]Tim Cain's music is mesmerizing in its execution, with grinding guitars, stacks of layered tracks and overtly queer lyrics. He's managed to craft a sound that elevates each piece to high art, much the same way Jimmy Page turned raw Led Zeppelin tracks (hard blues and acoustic gems) into sheer audio poetry.
Similarly to Zep, Boy's Entrance's lyrics deal mainly with the down and dirty.
Cain was politicized by the March on Washington and Stonewall 25 events that have marked the Gay '90s. His self-styled "adventure in listening" includes romps through glam-rock, gothic metal, alternative, and as-yet-un-named styles of rock. Very diverse, like our community.
