[Edit]Guitarist Bruce Dunlap wrote the dozen originals on this quiet set in tribute to the birds he watches in Santa Fe, NM. The melodic music, which features his acoustic six- and seven-string guitars plus bassist Scott Colley and drummer/percussionist Jamey Haddad, is thoughtful, often introspective, and a bit sleepy at times. The result is a set of high-quality background music that occasionally inspires closer listening.
