Details
[Edit]Scottish folksinger Carl Peterson does all the vocal and instrumental parts on this collection of sea songs from Britain, Ireland, Canada, and the United States. Everything is lovingly and professionally done here, but there is a kind of intangible flatness to these versions that working with other musicians might have helped alleviate. The end result is pleasant, but nothing really catches fire.
