Montoya virtually brought the flamenco guitar to the world's doorstep, and on this budget release, you have nine reasons why he is so widely heralded. His playing on "Zambrilla" is one of feeling and definition, and when he fills in the melody with some beautifully irreverent fills and solos, you instantly realize why this man is indeed one of the masters of the craft. This release is also a wonderful tool for those who aspire to learn these styles.
