Details
[Edit]Pin & Web is markedly less extremist in nature than Caterwaul's debut The Nature of Things; the music is clearer and more meticulous, leaving more room for guitarist Mark Schafer's Edge-inspired licks to reverberate. The band's calling card remains the vocal acrobatics of Betsy Martin, who also contributes mandolin and E-bow guitar, giving some of the tracks on Pin & Web a Celtic, Fairport Convention-like feel.
