[Edit]The Confusions' debut album draws much of its inspiration from the classic British pop of the '60s; frontman Mikael Andersson-Knut writes undeniably catchy melodies, infusing material like "At the Brickhouse," "A Lifetime" and "External Beauty" with an innocence and jubilation which make even the most overtly derivative elements of his music easy to swallow.
