[Edit]While putting together a best-of compilation for a band as genre defying and prolific as Controlled Bleeding is an unenviable task, Rest in Peace: The Best of Controlled Bleeding does a great job of encapsulating the career of one of Boston's most sonically daring bands. A two-disc set, the compilation nicely breaks up the band's output into two camps, putting their harsher work on the first disc while their more ambient work resides on the second.
