[Edit]The title of MCA Special Products' Conway & Loretta Sing the Hits is a little misleading. It implies that the ten-track budget-priced collection contains a selection of their famed duets. It does not. Instead, it contains five songs apiece from each singer, and they're not necessarily hits, either. There are a couple of hits, such as "Coal Miner's Daughter," plus a couple of covers of other singers' hits, and a wealth of lesser-known tunes. It's a hodgepodge, which isn't what the title would have you believe, but it's usually quite entertaining. For casual listeners, the kind who like Conway and Loretta but don't really care about having the hits, this isn't a bad choice, considering its budget price.
