Details
[Edit]Let Your Body Speak is a mild-mannered techno-pop album that combines vocals, R&B, and disco rhythms and generally comes off sounding like an untroubled boy band having their first club experience. While "Let Your Body Talk" revisits the sensible optimism of Depeche Mode's Exciter and "U See" encircles its modest pop hooks with shaky 2-step beats, the French band was best known for their big house numbers "The Girl in Red" and "Daddy DJ." Collectively, the two singles have sold over a million copies throughout Europe and Scandinavia and are, in their own uneven way, fine enough examples of harmless homoerotic appeal and a-ha appropriation as any.
