[Edit]After being dropped by EastWest and ending his Smack Productions contract, Michael Watford moved to the Hard Times label for his mid-1995 single "Love Changes Over." The vocalist receives R&B-inspired house production from Pete Heller and Terry Farley, and DJ Pierre and Salt City Orchestra remix the track.
