[Edit]Dead Horse's debut album, Horsecore (subtitled "An Unrelated Story that's Time Consuming"), is a trashy amalgamation of thrash, death metal and grindcore; what sets it apart is that the group maintains its sense of humor, as though they were making this music for the sheer joy of blasting out obnoxious noise than as a pseudo-threatening pose. That's not to say it's unlistenable by any means, just that there's a certain glee here in producing sounds this extreme.
