Recorded live in Glasgow, the third volume of the Piping Centre 1996 Recital Series is about evenly split between Willie Morrison and Dr. Angus MacDonald; both turn in fine efforts, with Morrison working in a few of his own compositions and MacDonald largely sticking to traditional Scottish repertory.
