[Edit]If the star charts which grace the jewel case of this umpteenth album from Drexciya weren't enough of a clue to content, then the titles hammer the point home — "Cascading Celestial Giants" and "Astronomical Guidepost," nods to the Detroit duo's continuing fascination with outer space. From the meticulously slow grind of the pre-launch checks through the controlled explosions of the launch and tonal indifference of the engines as the pair eventually leaves the solar system entirely, this is something of a dilapidated epic — the journey of an arc-burned ship which crawls through the desolate vacuum to planet Drexciya, located somewhere beyond the Vega system, according to the International Star registry information helpfully included within the aforementioned sleeve notes.
