Those looking for traditional Celtic music are advised to look elsewhere. The worship music served by Eden's Bridge is more accurately classified as adult contemporary pop with Celtic accents. These accents are provided primarily with uilleann pipes and tin whistles that add to the quiet ambient sweep of the arrangements. But the record is completely devoid of any semblance of a fiddle, usually a foundational element of the Celtic sound. It is not surprising that the band includes covers of Rich Mullins' 1988 worship classic "Awesome God" and two tracks by another adult contemporary Christian contemporary music icon from the '80s, Twila Paris ("Lamb of God," "He Is Exalted"). Eden's Bridge has obviously learned much from the CCM pop of that era. Their synthesizers and light electric guitars would sound more at home in the context of a Word Music sampler from 1985 than in a 1997 collection of Celtic music.
