Details
[Edit]Ednardo is a northeastern composer/singer. This is the CD compilation of some of his biggest successes, and comprises tracks which may be recorded between the '70s and the '80s. He disappeared from the media, but at that time he made big hits, such as "Pavão Mysterioso," "Artigo," and "A Palo Seco" (Belchior), included here. In general, he sticks to very faithful acoustic renditions of northeastern rhythms, with original instrumental/musicians, also introducing in other tracks cosmopolitan influences through mainstream canções. One won't hear drum machines in this album, but "Artigo" is a happy fusion of northeastern forró and electric rock with overdriven guitars.
