[Edit]Ex-Danzig bassist Eerie Von steps out on his own for his first true solo album with The Blood and the Body (1996's Uneasy Listening was more a collaboration with Mike Morance). It's mostly the sort of heavy, atmospheric, vaguely Gothic music that Danzig and Samhain were known for, but Von does it well, making it worth a listen for fans of his previous projects.
