[Edit]Mexican character El Chichicuilote had his breakthrough after issuing the successful 12 Chichicuilotazos con Banda, a collection of popular songs mainly performed in Mexican/regional style. Taking advantage of his popularity, the Latin label Lideres released Moviendo las Plumas, which includes the Latin hit "Mayonesa," Carlos Vives' "Fruta Fresca," and a new version of the chart-topper "Macarena." Even when El Chichicuilote was created to become a children's-oriented performer, he was able to capture different audiences.
