[Edit]Like many Lebanese, Yazbek borrows a great deal from Egypt — but this is the Egypt of Hannan and Addawiya and the other young rebels, with synth and sax and bits and pieces lifted magpie-like from Western rock and disco — but unlike some of the Egyptians, not from the Euro-bubblegum sound.
