Nothing much new is added to the genre of Native American flute recordings by this effort, but it is an attractive-sounding recording and Fernando Cellicon can make a listener want to stare at each note as if it was a sunset. "Dawn Song" and "Hopi Lullaby" are both charming pieces. The beginnings of what could be an interesting collaboration are there, involving the pipe organ on the version of "Amazing Grace"; it would be interesting to hear much more of Cellicon's flute in tandem with an instrument such as the pipe organ, and on the songs from Native American sources as well. A touch of drumming gives other tracks more of a bottom, while there is what seems to be the obligatory use of outdoor sound effects, as in "Hey ma, I am playing my flute by a stream."
