Details
[Edit]After their 2010 EP Filmriss, singer Flo Mega and his backing band, a five-piece soul and funk group called Ruffcats, delivered their debut album, Die Wirklich Wahren Dinge, in 2011. Released on Homeground Records (a sub-label of Four Music, the label founded by German hip-hop veterans Die Fantastischen Vier in 1996) and produced by Kraans de Lutin, the album features Flo Mega's German-language soul music on songs such as "Zurück" (which entered the German singles charts at number 44 and made second place in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2011). Die Wirklich Wahren Dinge entered the German charts at number 31 and is also available in a vinyl edition with a slightly different track listing, adding the songs "Lang Nicht Mehr Gesehen" and "Filmriss" (the latter is taken from the abovementioned EP) but omitting "Wie Es Weitergeht."
