[Edit]Most reminiscent of Atari Teenage Riot, the German group known as Generated X-Ed could be even more extreme, musically and thematically. In fact, songs like "LSD Recharge" and "My Riot" are downright anarchical. Though the productions aren't done quite as well as Alec Empire's, fans of ATR will find much to enjoy here.
