The set features 14 highly polished ballads, adorned not only by the talent of his longstanding studio musicians, but also by a full orchestral complement of strings and horns on select tracks. The former is in lush evidence on the smash lead single "Por Como Van las Cosas," a duet with Marc Antonio Solís that showcases the singers at their most expressive and soulful. There are three additional duets included as well: "Tequila y Canción" with Eugenia León, "A Dónde Vamos a Parar" with Natalia Lafourcade, and "Apaga la Luz" with Lena.
