[Edit]Adept at making the most of what is available to him, Greg Hobbs isn't content with mediocrity, and the title track is one of the better opening tracks you'll find. The slow-building track evolves into an electric guitar jangle with some great, if clichéd, lyrical content. The ebb and flow of "Still" shows the musician to have country music abilities that translate the message in a convincing way. Hobbs possesses a standard alt country voice, rough around the edges but soft when deemed appropriate, like Jeff Tweedy. Most tracks fall into the roots rock or Americana genres, with either harmonica or a catchy melody propelling the numbers forward. "I can listen to country music if I want to," he sings during "Country Music," which falls more into bouncy pop/rock domain. The duet with Nicole Dueck during "Broken" is quite pretty, another country song, this time with an ethereal angle to it. Perhaps the most engaging song is "Satisfied Look," a roots boogie with a great jam near its conclusion. Mixing rock and country with a slightly cynical urban outlook is a recipe for success if executed properly, a trait Hobbs perfects in "Weekday Morning."
