[Edit]Haley Reinhart is the Illinois singer who made it all the way from Wheeling High School's jazz club to the final three on American Idol's 10th season. She's trained in the ways of Ella Fitzgerald, and on her impressive debut album—Listen Up!—her smoky pipes convey a range of subtle emotions, from coy flirtation to heartwrenching sorrow. “Wasted Tears” references the golden-era of girl groups, while Atlanta rapper B.o.B contributes a nonchalant verse for the hip-hop inflected "Oh My." The lead single, “Free,” soars as unencumbered as its title suggests, pondering the end of relationships and wonderful new beginnings.
