Details
[Edit]RCA's 2004 Super Hits, like most of collections that bear that title, is a budget-line collection that contains some, but not all, of the featured artist's biggest hits. That's especially true of an artist like Hank Snow, who had a prolific career and many hits, so many that they couldn't possibly fit onto a ten-track collection like this. And, to be sure, there are a lot of big songs missing, but this also has some of his biggest hits in their original hit versions, including "Hula Rock," "I've Been Everywhere," "Miller's Cave," and his signature, "I'm Moving On." That may be enough for some listeners, particularly those on a budget, but those looking for a more complete portrait of this giant should go elsewhere.
