A kaleidoscope of sound, Summer Breeze exhibits Bekker's free-flowing and occasionally wild musical flourishes beside carefully controlled impressionistic melodies that seem to melt tension. It is his depiction of the everyday kinds of things that are often overlooked: the soft breeze through the window that is taken for granted; the stillness of a summer rain. Bekker combines synthesizers and piano to create a smooth, orchestral blend of sound.
