[Edit]Guitarist Henry Johnson, a talented Wes Montgomery clone, performs easy-listening pop jazz on his Heads Up CD. His solos are pleasant but without adventure and each selection fades out as the performance nears five minutes. The melodic music is enjoyable enough but Henry Johnson is capable of producing much more valuable improvisations than is heard during this set of high-quality background music.
