Details
[Edit]Since 1998, Irish Tenors have celebrated the holidays (Home for Christmas, We Three Kings) and their beloved homeland both far and away (Ellis Island, Heritage). On Sacred, the rotating trio — Ronan Tynan has been replaced by founding member John McDermott — applies its collective pipes to such inspirational classics as "How Deep the Father's Love," Cat Stevens' "Morning Has Broken," and of course, "Amazing Grace." Fans of this style of classical crossover can do no better, as the Tenors craft nuanced and deeply emotional renditions of these secular and nonsecular works like the masters that they have quietly become.
