[Edit]Despite "Tequila Brass" in the name, this is no Herb Alpert imitation. Instead, it is an excellent boogaloo (New York Latin soul) record. Up, Up and Away introduces "the man with the golden voice," George Villanueva, and his ability is something. Six of the nine tracks are great, while three slow ballads are interesting but not infectious. "Light My Fire" is a quite good cover in boogaloo style.
