[Edit]As the title would suggest, Delta's budget-priced Kenny Rogers collection focuses solely on the country crooner's ballads, with emphasis on late-career cover songs. While there are a few big Rogers hits like "She Believes in Me" and "Lady," there is more schmaltz than anything else ("Misty," "When a Man Loves a Woman," etc.), and the budget packaging and middling sound quality do little to entice.
