Kidshot is among the best choppers on India’s hip-hop scene—and he’s got the certificate to prove it. The Mumbai MC aged 23 entered the India Book of Records for the “maximum words sung in a rap song in one minute”: no less than 335. As expected, the rhymes come quickly with thumping beats and plenty of braggadocio. Lyrically, he balances topics like shooting down haters (“Boori”) and celebrating achievements (“Khwaab”) with a few pop-culture references (“Bhot Kuch”) and a bit of social commentary (“Soch”).
