[Edit]Maldición Divina is the eighth album in the 15-year career of Navarra trash metal outfit Koma. Produced and mixed by usual collaborator Miguel Aizpún, brother of drummer Juan Carlos, the record delivers the expected metal dose of gigantic riffs, snarling vocals, and pounding drums, but Koma are also deft enough to flirt with reggae in "Me Vacío," or surprise with a raging version of Basque folk songwriter Gontzal Mendibil's "Bagare" from 1976.
