[Edit]LaBrassBanda is a German-based five-piece that consists of a three-piece horn section supported by a rock-oriented rhythm section of bass guitar and drums. LaBrassBanda play a loud and energetic type of music, which is influenced by a wide variety of styles from punk rock and ska to Balkan and Bavarian folk music. The band themselves christened their music "Alpine jazz techno." Übersee, their second album released in 2009, was named after their native municipal district.
