[Edit]Mario Ortiz' next-to-last album as a bandleader still manages to show the high degree of quality that is customary in his arrangements and performance. Sadly, this album receive little attention in its time and merits more consideration. Vocals by Anthony Cruz (who would start a solo career after his time with Ortiz), Luigi Valentín, and Nelson Rodríguez (he would work with Tito Rojas as a backup singer, afterwards) are included. ~ José A.
