[Edit]Performing as the questionably named PANTyRAID, Josh Mayer (Ooah from the Glitch Mob) and Martin Folb (Martyparty) grind out bass-heavy EDM for the clubs. On Pillowtalk, the beats range from the slow and saucy "Realism Is for Girls" to the sleek, skittering rave-up "Just for You." The duo hints at dubstep in the breakdowns, most notably on "Jokes from the Backseat," but the influences are wide and varied, moving from house to trap to electro, all in a playfully rhythmic and futuristic fashion. The arrangements show more complexity than on 2009's The Sauce, and while much of Pillowtalk is geared for the dancefloor, the music is detailed enough to make it interesting through a pair of headphones, too.
