[Edit]This is the milestone album in the long history of this orchestra, which was formerly a backup band for many of Fania's vocalists during their individual tours. Although this production ventured into the erotic salsa craze, it stills manages to be quite swinging and danceable; Pedro "Conga" Lopez' supple rhythm section gives the proceedings a brisk, up-tempo beat, which provides an adequate backdrop for the smooth voices of the talented composer/vocalist Axel Martinez and Ismael "Maelo" Ruiz. "No Te Quites la Ropa" and "Ladrona de Amor" were the highly promoted tunes, and "Quiero Volver a Querer" has plenty of sass and liveliness.
