[Edit]Pedro Conga's third LP for the Musical Production label has even more pep and spark, this time relying exclusively on the pleasing, most comfortable Ismael "Maelo" Ruiz's vocals withConga's mighty outfit. "Ven" is a deft, Humberto Ramirez-arranged tune (bass player Edwin Morales adds an extra kick). "Vicio," "Solo Tu" (by Elizabeth "Mimi" Ibarra), "Te Lo Estás Perdiendo" (by Manny Benito), and "Mil Detalles" have an uncommon air of cheerfulness, sorely needed in many of the salsa productions of the day.
