[Edit]Pedro Conga's fourth recording is actually one of his most commercially successful, where all tunes received considerable publicity. The band delivers its usual bag of tricks, but this time it seems that the music is somewhat secondary to the content, leaving little room for creativity and giving first chair to the romantic overtone of the lyrics. Mainstream salsa at its most indifferent, this album at least offers the opportunity to show off the talents of smooth vocalists Axel Martínez and Ismael "Maelo" Ruiz. Fans of this orchestra made this CD very popular, despite its obviously made-to-order sound. The hits include "Si Supieras," "Vives Con El," "Me Niegas Tanto Amor," and "Te Quiero Amor." ~ José A.
