[Edit]The Best of Perez Prado is something of a reissue of Big Hits by Prado. The tunes have been shuffled around a little, creating a more balanced sequence. Also, the tracks have been remixed to bring out at least the organ. The result is a more exciting (or contemporary-sounding) album — probably the Prado anthology with highest impact on first listen.
