Details
[Edit]Strong, modern-day country from this member of East Nashville's renegade scene. With a nice mixture of roots rock and honky tonk real thing, Lee's songs and stories tell the tale nicely. Highlights include the heartland romps of "Nobody but You" and "Somebody Oughta Do Something About That Guy," the polka/Cajun "Les Deris, Ils Sont Blanc," and the rocking "Night in the Box." A perfect aural antidote to Garth Brooks imitators and bad, assembly-line country albums.
