[Edit]It didn't receive much attention upon its initial release, nor has it gained much of a following in the years since, but Top of the Line is a solid soul album. Its production is a little slick, but Prince Phillip Mitchell's vocals are in good form, making the mediocre songs on the record fairly enjoyable.
