The Photon Band's low-fi combinations of British Invasion rock and psychedelia are fairly tight and focused in an LP context, but the three-track 747 (don't worry) EP leaves a good deal of room for experimentation — the title track is a midtempo, comparatively more arranged piece of complete psychedelia (with a couple of country references thrown in), and the record-closing "MOVE dream" features a twisting, vaguely Eastern guitar line over ringing, tonal percussion. The record's center, however, "It to Get (bike mix)" is a bashing and hooky piece of slightly slanted beat rock that is very much in line with the LP to follow (All Young in the Soul).
