[Edit]This concert performance (which is also available on video) features spirited Latin-jazz from Poncho Sanchez's octet. There are some strong contributions from trumpeter Sal Cracchiolo, trombonist Art Velasco and saxophonist Gene Burkert along with the percussionists. The excessive amount of group vocals and the often-routine (if infectious) material keep this set from being essential but Sanchez's many fans should enjoy it.
