[Edit]A combination of heavy metal aggression fused with electronica soundscapes, Ging Ging is, at times, a difficult album to listen to. Singer Betsy Martin's banshee-like wail — faintly reminiscent of Marianne Faithfull circa Broken English — and the group's buried lyrics create a near impenetrable aural wall for listeners. Yet, during the album's softer moments, "Regarding Mary" and "There's More" among them, the album does achieve moments of beauty.
